Weird irregular sounds when driving on highway

Hey, next time your car's at the shop, try to ask the dealership to take it for a spin and see if they can catch that sound. Their trained ears might figure out if it's just normal noise or something mechanical worth checking. Everyone hears things a bit differently, so without actually hearing it myself, I can’t say much. Anyway, my Kona’s cruising along without any weird noises.

My friend just got a Kona, and he noticed this annoying wind noise right away. He took it to the dealer, and the mechanic thinks it could be a couple of things:

The roof rails: Apparently, the screws that hold them on can be a bit loose from the factory. When you're driving, the wind catches them, and you hear this whistling sound. It's kind of tricky because you don't always hear it directly above you.
Something under the car: There's this panel underneath, between the front tires, and it seems to be a bit loose on one side. The mechanic could even make the same noise by tapping on it!

It's frustrating, but hopefully, they can get it fixed easily.
