Anyone in Canada with a Kona using Android Auto having major connection issues? My Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is soooo slow, and it often takes like 5 tries before it finally connects.
Tips for faster connections? Is it a phone issue? A Samsung thing? Or just how it is?

Try a high-quality USB-C cable, Samsung phones can be picky. Also, clear the Android Auto cache and restart both the phone and car. Wireless adapters like AAWireless might help if it’s a wired issue...

Try removing the car from Android Auto and setting it up again from scratch. Might just do the trick!

Slow connections are a killer! I've been dealng with that too. It could be the cable, the phone, or even the Kona's USB port. I've found that using a high quality, short USB cable can make a big differenc. Or, you could try a wireless Android Auto adapter. They're a bit pricey, but they eliminate the cable hassle altogether. And yeah, check the Kona forums someone else might have found a fix

Appreciate the tips! I’ll give the cable swap a shot and try resetting both the phone and the car. It’s just frustrating when it takes so long to connect, especially on a quick drive. Hopefully, this helps speed things up..
