After just a month, my daughter’s Kona has a soaked passenger-side carpet, but the dealer found no leaks or A/C drain issues. They refused to lift the carpet to dry it, and now I’m worried about mold, any advice?

I totally get your concern! Drying it is one thing, but figuring out why it’s leaking is the bigger issue. If the dealer didn’t find any leaks, it might be worth getting a second opinion or checking for hidden sources of moisture like door seals or window issues.

I totally feel your frustration! I've been in similar situations where dealers just wouldn't budge. It's madening. While the detailer is a good idea, you might want to try some DIY drying options as well. If you have a dehumidfier, put it in the car with the windows slightly cracked. You can also use those moisture-absorbing packets (like silica gel) to help draw out the dampness. I've found those little packets work surprisingly well. And yeah, keep pushing the dealer. They need to do somethin about this
