Getting to know my Kona

I just got my new Kona and figured out how to turn on the seat warmers and steering wheel, but the climate control settings don't work that much. I can only start it with the AC turned on or off, but I need heat! Any idea what's going on?

If your Kona has that Bluelink thing, try messing around with the climate settings in the app. Sometimes you can do more stuff in the app

Also try manually switching the climate control to heat, and you can check for any pre-conditioning mode or system reset.

I know that Kona recommends having the AC on even when you want heat. So, turn on the AC, and after that, you need to use Auto mode and set the temperature around 72°F.

@HyundaiDriver2024 is correct. Looks like the car needs to know the temperature inside the car before it starts adjusting.
