2024 Kona camera issues

I'm having trouble with the camera on my windshield. It keeps getting blocked, even after cleaning the windshield. This is disabling some of my Kona's features.

Anyone experienced this?

Take it to the dealer and have them check it out. The coating on the windshield in front of the camera might be starting to peel or wear down, and it could be more than just a quick fix. There’s a chance you may need a new windshield altogether.

On chilly mornings when there's frost all over the windshield, I sometimes get this message saying the camera’s blocked. It usually goes away once the frost melts and the view’s back to normal.

I’ve had that happen with my Kona too! It could be a sensor issue or dirt you can't see. Try recalibrating the camera or check for obstructions near it.

Hey, have you gotten your issues sorted? I’m dealing with the same thing, but mine started just 3 months after I got my Kona. I keep getting this "obstructed camera" warning and beeping every 5 seconds. The dealership’s going to replace the camera, but it won’t be here until May 2025. The worst thing is they won’t let me drive the car unless I sign some liability waiver, don't know what that is.. So I bought a new car, but I can’t even use it
