I’m not very familiar with this stuff, but I have a 2024 Kona Electric, and suddenly buttons like volume, map tracking, and settings aren’t working. Any ideas on what might be going on?

Book an appointment with your dealer's service center. This seems like somethin that should be covered under warranty.

It sounds like it could be a software glitch, a loose connection, or maybe even a fuse. Try a couple of things.

First, a full infotainment system reboot might do the trick. Sometimes these systems just get a little wonky. See if there's a reset procedure in your owner's manual (often involves holding down a specific button combo).

If that doesn't work, check your fuses. There might be one specifically for the infotainment system or those buttons. If those are good, it's probably time to schedule a visit to the dealer. Since it's a 2024, it's definitely under warranty, so let them sort it out. It's probably something simple
