Buttons just stopped working for some reason.

Book an appointment with your dealer's service center. This seems like somethin that should be covered under warranty.

If you watch closely right near the volume button, there is a tiny one. That is the reset switch. Press it! It should fix the issue.

Is that a new car? Service center is the best option. Although I'd recommend reset coz it might just be a glitch.

First, a full infotainment system reboot might do the trick. Sometimes these systems just get a little wonky. See if there's a reset procedure in your owner's manual (often involves holding down a specific button combo).
If that doesn't work, check your fuses. There might be one specifically for the infotainment system or those buttons. If those are good, it's probably time to schedule a visit to the dealer. Since it's a 2024, it's definitely under warranty, so let them sort it out. It's probably something simple
