Wireless charging plate issue

The car's wireless charging plate stopped working suddenly. I mean, I don't know if there is something wrong with it, or if my phone has a problem. The idea is I could charge my phone, and now I can't. Has anyone encountered this?

Hmmm what about trying your phone on a different wireless charger to see if the issue is with the phone itself? If it works fine on another charger, then go ahead and reset the cars’ system or toggle the charging feature off and back on. Hope that helps!

I’ve run into a similar issue with my Kona’s wireless charging plate before! First, I’d recommend checking if your phone’s case might be interfering, it can sometimes block the signal. If that’s not the issue, try restarting your car’s infotainment system or checking the wireless charger’s settings to ensure it’s still enabled. Sometimes dirt or dust buildup can affect charging, give the plate a quick wipe and see if that helps! If all else fails, it might be worth having a dealer check it out to rule out a hardware problem.
