Tried to DC fast charge my car, but was unsuccessful. Any ideas what's wrong or how to get this thing going?

It happened to me once. Everything worked fine when I changed stations. That makes me wonder if the charging station was faulty. Did you try going to a different charging station?

Yup, I've tried multiple stations with different brands, and none of them seem to be working with my car. The problem still persists.

I had this issue recently and when I changed stations everything worked as if nothing happened. If that's the case have you contacted someone to let them service your EV?

Is it cold out there? The temperature may play a part on that one.
