Average fuel consumption on AWD (1.6l)

Hi everyone! Is it normal that my AWD (1.6) uses an average of 12 liters/60 miles? I mean, isn't that too much?

That does sound a bit high for fuel consumption, especially if it’s a 1.6 AWD. My own experience with similar setups showed closer to 8-10 liters per 100 km, depending on driving conditions. You might want to check tire pressure, driving habits, or any possible engine issues, those can impact fuel efficiency.

How fast were you going? And how many miles is on the car? Also, this car drinks gas in stop-and-go traffic. It usually gets around 20-30 mpg, but if you drive like a crazy person, it probably drops to 15-18 mpg.
