Ten weeks is way too long for side moldings! Sounds like the dealer just doesn’t want to bother with EV support. Maybe try another Hyundai dealer for parts or ask if the body shop can source them independently.

Sounds like the 12V outlet might be cutting power intermittently which some hybrids do to protect the battery. Have you tried a different power source like a battery pack or OBD2 adapter? maybe you can isolate it to see if the issue persists on a different use?
