Hyundai Kona EV charging door stuck up

I just went to charge my Kona before a cruise, but the charging door is stuck. I've been repeatedly pressing the "unlock" button, but the door still won't open. Anyone know any magic tricks to get this thing open? I need to get on the road asap!

Same as mine, but fortunately, warranty saved the day! The dealership fixed it, and it now works perfectly.

You're lucky I have a copy of the manual on how to open the charging door manually, just go to this link and goodluck

Been having the same issues as well, thank you @Dep_ressingAngel for the manual, it worked and it saved me out-of-pocket costs from the mechanic. @savagelife have you tried looking over the manual?

So I just had my whole charging door replaced for free since mine's under warranty. I just hope it won't happeb again. Thanks everyone.
